Benefits of Sahakar Cloud

For this purpose, the Government of India has issued a notification to amend the National Housing Bank (NHB) Act, 1987, to establish NUCFDC. The NUCFDC will be headquartered in Mumbai, with regional offices in various cities across India. The NUCFDC will be an autonomous body, functioning under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. The NUCFDC will have the authority to provide affordable housing finance to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and microfinance companies. The NUCFDC will offer various products and services, including housing finance, loans, and other financial instruments. The NUCDPC will also provide training and capacity-building programs for MSMEs and microfinance companies. The NUCFDC will act as a facilitator between the MSMEs and microfinance companies and the National Housing Bank (NHB), enabling them to access affordable housing finance. The NUCFDC will also provide training and capacity-building programs for MSMEs and microfinance companies. The NUCFDC will offer various training programs, including training on housing finance, loan management, and financial literacy.
