Our Mission and Goals
The company’s mission is to support its rapid growth in the electric mobility sector by seeking a dynamic Field Service Technician to join its French division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting remote diagnostics and on-site interventions, and providing remote and on-site support during customer service activations.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Conducting remote diagnostics and on-site interventions
- Providing remote and on-site support during customer service activations
- Processing standard exchanges and sending spare parts on relevant matters
- Supporting our internal processes, documentation, and manufacturer software
- Monitoring ongoing or completed actions (dedicated tracking software and CRM)
- Participating in and facilitating training sessions in France and at the headquarters in Barcelona
- Generating reports and raising alerts to management as needed
